CHRISTINA KARAMPOULA
Bonding Nest is a movement that advocates connection through understanding and
respect. With the valuable tools of neuroscience, that has opened innumerable new
horizons and paths, for us to understand our brain processes and regulate our
nervous system.
All of the above are close and so very similar to my approach as a systemic
psychotherapist.
Widening communication, understanding, embracing empathy, connecting with
others greatly impacts on the journey of self-healing and acknowledging
self-worth. And most importantly in taking responsibility for our actions, behaviour
and choices.
I am Christina Karampoula, psychologist, systemic psychotherapist and family
therapist. I have my own private practice since 2012, after concluding a four year
training course in Systemic Family Therapy, at the Laboratory for the Study of
Human Relations.
My BA is in Psychology and I have earned a Diploma in Education and an MA in
Psychology of Education from the Institute of Education/UCL.
I am a member of EFTA (European Family Therapy Association), SEPS (the
association of Greek Psychologists) and HELESYTH (The Hellenic Association of
Systemic Therapy
