MAGGIE POUPLIS
Founder of Bonding Nest | Author | JAI-Certified Parent Coach
I’m Maggie, founder of Bonding Nest, an author and a certified parent coach through the JAI Institute for Parenting, with further training in neuroscience coaching and child psychology.
Before committing fully to this work, I spent more than twenty years in advertising and creative direction. Communication, storytelling and curiosity about people remain the thread running through everything I do.
I created Bonding Nest because I believe meaningful change for children also asks something of us adults: to understand our own reactions, listen and take responsibility for the relationships we build. Behaviour is not simply something to correct. It is also something to understand.
For me, Bonding Nest is a movement around one principle: connection means respect. A shared way of thinking made practical by people bringing different knowledge, creativity and common values. As founder, I hold its direction and vision, develop collaborations and create room for those contributions to come together.
My work here includes individual parent coaching, parent groups, talks, experiential workshops and educational resources in Greek and English. Our books, posters and programmes begin with the same intention: to make knowledge about the brain, emotions and connection understandable and useful in everyday life. Including the days when nobody remembers the beautifully worded advice.
This work has already reached families and educators through collaborations with the Hellenic Children’s Museum and Project Parenting. I’m not interested in universal formulas. I’m interested in work that holds up in real life, with knowledge, respect and room for the person in front of us.
