VICKY GEORGIADI
My journey with Bonding Nest began through a long-standing, beloved collaboration with Venia.
We worked together for several years, went through joys, storms, and everything else that
comes with a true partnership. When she told me about Bonding Nest, I immediately felt that
this was a place with room — and that feeling was quickly confirmed by the people.
Within the team, I handle social media and the overall flow of content: content calendars, blog
posts, newsletters, Meta ads, and basically anywhere an extra hand is needed. I love being
organized, I stick to deadlines, and if I don’t know how to do something, I’ll figure it out.
(With one small exception: if my child gets sick, I completely forget who I am.)
I’m deaf/hard of hearing, and this is part of my everyday life. For years, in the wider j
market, this was treated as a limitation. At Bonding Nest, I’ve never felt that my hearing loss is a
problem — and that alone says a lot.
As a mother and a person with a disability, I bring a different perspective: practical challenges,
worries, adjustments, and a lot of empathy. I believe this is what I bring to the team as well
along with organization, reliability, and a willingness to help wherever needed.
I strongly believe in “Family First.” The world won’t collapse if something work-related
postponed until tomorrow because a child needs care today. I’m not about “let’s just do it now,
however it comes out.” The right things take time, structure, love, and creativity.
I don’t work competitively, and I genuinely enjoy when someone knows something more than I
do — because that’s usually where I learn the most. And honestly, that’s usually the best part of
the job.
My work is always more fun when there’s laughter, good vibes, shared enthusiasm, and the
sense that we’re doing something right — even if sometimes we’re just trying not to lose our
minds over the little mishaps.
